Delivery Policy

In short: Studio is software delivered online. Your licence key appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed and is emailed to you within minutes. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
1. Digital delivery only
Studio is software, delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping or delivery charges. Studio is developed and supplied from India.
2. How you receive Studio
- You pay the price shown on the checkout page, inclusive of all applicable taxes, through PhonePe, our payment partner.
- Once PhonePe confirms your payment, your licence key is shown on the confirmation page and we email it to the address you gave at checkout, with your receipt. The email usually arrives within a few minutes.
- The confirmation page and the email contain a block to copy and paste into Claude Code, one for Mac or Linux and one for Windows. Claude Code then downloads and installs Studio, activates it with your licence key and opens it. The key works on up to 2 computers.
3. If confirmation is delayed
Sometimes PhonePe takes longer to confirm a payment. You don't need to pay again: we keep checking, and we email your licence key as soon as the payment is confirmed. If PhonePe reports that the payment failed, no licence is issued and you are not charged (see the Refund Policy if money left your account).
4. If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, email nikhai@spaceblanket.ai with your order reference or PhonePe payment reference, and we will resend your key.
5. Your delivery address
We deliver to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you made a mistake, contact us from another address with your order reference and we will help.
6. Updates
Every 1.x update is included at no extra charge. Studio tells you when an update is available, and pasting the same block into Claude Code again installs it.
